Billy is managing broker of Flint Property Group located at 2484 Rivermont Avenue , Lynchburg, Virginia. He's been a consistent top producer in his 23 years in real estate, as a past president of the Lynchburg Association of REALTORS and has won many awards.
Educated in the Lynchburg public schools, Billy finished his secondary education at Virginia Episcopal School.  Billy attended Hampden-Sydney College and completed his college education with a BA in English at Lynchburg College. Completed numerous real estate courses including real estate law and appraisal.

Amy Scott joined Billy as a Sales Specialist in 2005. Educated in Lynchburg schools and attended Virginia Tech where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. Amy won the Patrick Henry Public Speaking Award at Virginia Tech in 1980. She has completed several real estate courses, including real estate agency and multiple offers.
